Making her way around the city on a sunny summer day, Kim Kardashian has looked in Beverly Hills on Tuesday afternoon (July 21).

After a morning of training, the E! reality star met his mother, Kris Jenner, taking a bite to eat while tweeting, "La Scala w KeepinUpWKris lunch."

Meanwhile, it seems as if things were a little chaotic afternoon after lunch, Kim revealed that a paparazzo has an accident in its hunt - pleading for shiutterbugs to be more careful in the future.

She says, "A paparazzi took a car accident in Beverly Hills today running after me! So not cool guys! It's not worth I hope that everything is ok."
